At Wig Is Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all lace and tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that have been tried on, styled, or altered cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Place the wig in its original packaging, ensuring the lace is uncut and all protective nets and tags are attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Ship the Item
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service at your own expense.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item is in its original state, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
